Aurichalcite With Calcite
Aurichalcite With Calcite from Copper Queen Mine, Queen Hill, Bisbee, Warren District, Mule Mts, Cochise Co., Arizona
Collection Robert Lavinsky
Description A remarkable and rare large cabinet combination specimen from the Copper Queen Mine at Bisbee. Both sides of the matrix are covered with powder-blue to pastel-green Aurichalcite. This is a very uncommon association specimen from this classic locale and is almost certainly old-time material, dating to prior to World War I. Ex. Mike Cunningham and Dennis Mullane Collections.
