Description |
Two parallel intergrown well-formed Chondrodite crystals on magnetite-rich matrix. The Chondrodite crystals have silky surface luster and are translucent red-brown color. Classic specimen from a famous mine closed in 1895 after a collapse. The top picture is a full photo and the bottom one is a zoomed detail on the large crystal. |
