An excellent interconnected growth of fragile Aragonite crystals. Aragonite is rare at Prospect Park (it's more common nearby at New St. in Paterson.) This piece was originally in the collection of Fred Vlamynck, and was acquired from Fred by Eric Stanchich, and then by Hershel Friedman. |
