Tan Radial Natrolite
Tan Radial Natrolite from Hohentwiel Mt., Singen, Hegau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
Collection Robert Lavinsky
Description A classic, old-time Natrolite specimen from the German type locality - Hohentwiel Mountain, Baden-Wurttemberg. Tan, radial aggregates of Natrolite line a vug on gray host rock. They look like starbursts. Undamaged Natrolite also lines the vug, which makes for a neat association. This rich and showy old-timer comes from an old European collection, where everything dates to the 1800s.
