Description |
An exceptionally large Jeremejevite with an elongate crystal and a deep blue color. These forms of Jeremejevite are especially difficult to come across, and are therefore highly valued. A cut Jeremejevite gemstone is also included in the picture from the Smithsonian collection. Seen at the 2016 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show® "Shades of Blue" theme public displays. |
